Building collaborative relationships and partnerships is not only how we want to work with others it is also how CDNZ has been developed itself. We have created our foundation partnership with Solutions Ltd, a company which has a track record in the health sector working to support health services with project management, systems development and provision of capacity through a team of experienced people. Solutions is our foundation partnership, and we aim to develop more as we evolve.

As a founding Director of CDNZ and the establishment CEO, Alison Taylor’s company Sinclair Taylor Consulting (STC) with her partner David Sinclair, have supported the establishment phase of CDNZ since 2009, investing Alison’s time and their company resources. STC is a consultancy specialising in Health, Community and Social Sector development.

Through growing our network of Advisors and Specialists we work collaboratively with others, creating an evolving and flexible group of people who are committed to supporting capacity development in the community sector. We aim to create through this network pathways for referral to specialist areas and organisations, and also to be able to work with others who have already created an area of expertise that supports capacity development. One such example is through the area of design research and evaluation where we have developed a relationship with Stephen McKernon and his organisation Supplejack, to enable us to build in a developmental approach to evaluation within CDNZ and to offer this expertise to others as part of our services.
